In the game， players are put in a vivid cartoonish-style small arena to fight against each other.Each player can pick up weapons that spawn around him and use it to damage the enemy's ground and make him fall down out of the arena. You can use pistols， two hammers and use bombs to make the enemy fall out of the arena. The game is coming soon to the HTC Vive， and according to the developer， we can expect even more items and more game modes.I think that PvP games are really fun in VR and I really like the overall design and the simplistic mechanics that this game brings. Of course the more game modes and maps， the better. As for now， there seems to be only a single map. In looking large judging from the screenshot， but the actual fight takes place in a very small arena in the middle of the map， while the surrounding is more of a decoration so it seems. As I mentioned， the gameplay mechanics are very simple. You reach out for an item， whether a bomb， gun or a hammer and push the trigger to pick it up， and you release the trigger to throw the item (in the case of a bomb and a hammer). If you grab the gun， just push the trigger to shoot the gun at the opponent's ground， while shooting， your character is immune， at least according to the game's short manual which is linked in the game's Steam page. According to Bomb U! gameplay trailer， players can also grab the bomb after the other player throw it， while it's still in the air and then throw it back to him.It's a room-scale standing-position VR game and I assume that the arena made small so players can play it with the minimal room space requirement， although the developer didn't mention what is the required space to play it on the game's Steam page.I wish we'll get to see more of these type of games. It looks really polished， I love the visuals and the idea of trying to make holes .
